We often use the “create reminders batchjob”. But, when a reminder is created several times for the same sales invoice, the sales invoice to be reminded disappears from the reminder statement. Note that the invoice has not been paid. Does anyone know what could be the problem?
Check the Reminder Terms setup, in field Max. No. of Reminders you should put 0 if you want to continue to remind same invoice until is paid.
