Disable / Hide Department Menu

Hi,

I want to Hide Department Menu from RTC client user’s. If i go to Menusuite ID 1090 , i can Assign/ UnAssign users for all menus, but when i log into RTC client, the user can still see that option inside Department.

One way to hide Department is go to Customize Navigation Pane and from there remove Department Menu altogether but the user can always go to that customization and click Restore defaults to get the Department menu Back. This is not a good option either.

Is there a way where i can remove department menu for the desired users.

YES , Can remove the departments Menu from the Navigation pane in configuration mode , then user will not be able to see the Departments menu in his pane.

Can restore departments menu from the navigation pane in configuration mode only.
