Dimensions not validated in general journal while migrated from excel in NAV 2013

I have migrated the general journal lines from excel and kept some dimensions mandatory in some g/l account nos. But when i migrate the lines into general journals, they are visible in the pages and when i post these lines the error pops out saying "there is no dimension in g/l account no. ". why are these dimensionns not validated . even the global dimensions are not validated after migration. Any idea??

How you uploaded the data ?

Is it from XMLPORT ???

No i used configuration package to migrate the data to general journal
