Difference in account balance & trial balance - ax 2012

Dears,

When I see the balance of the summary customer account, I found a difference between it’s balance in the (by currency screen ) and in the (periods screen).

  • the balance in the (by currency screen ) is: 647,258.77

  • the balance in the (periods screen) is: 647,792.48

And also I found a difference in the (summary trail balance report) and (detailed trail balance report)… the summary customer account balance in the summary trail balance report is equal the balance in the (period) screen. and the summary customer account balance in the (detailed trail balance report) is equal the balance in the (by currency) screen.

and in the (summary trail balance report) the total of debit column is not equal the total of credit column !!

Any one know why this happened and what’s the solution?
