Difference between client and server configuration in AX

Please help me to understand the difference or purpose between client and server configuration in AX.

Hi Guys,

Received the information from MARTIN.

Client configuration is used by AX client (e.g. where to find AOS) and server configuration is used by AOS (e.g. where to find database).
