Deleted/Upgrated tables from AX 2009 to AX 2012

Hi ,

Is there a way I can find out the tables which are replaced/deleted while upgrading from AX 2009 to AX 2012.

I am 12 tables which are deleted in AX 2012 and are replaced by some other tables which I dont know.

For eg: BONUSTABLE,CONFIGTABLE,CUSTREASONCODE,DIMENSIONS,EXCHRATES

,EXCHRATESBUDGET,INVENTCOLOR,INVENTSIZE,INVENTTXT,LEDGERACCOUNTCATEGORY,LEDGERTABLE,

,LEDGERTABLEINTERVAL,LEDGERTRANS,UNIT,UNITCONVERT

Please let me know if there is any document or some link to this problem.

Thanks,

Vikas Mehta.

I usually look to data upgrade scripts - they define how data are moved from the old to the new data model.

For example, ConfigTable was renamed to DEL_ConfigTable (the name shows that the table is deprecated, but the ID is the same so data are still there). If you have built cross-references, right click DEL_ConfigTable and choose Add-Ins > Cross-reference > User by. You’ll find that the upgrade script is “ReleaseUpdateDB60_EcoRes”. Then you can see in the code that ConfigTable was replaced by EcoResProductMasterConfiguration - and you can see how exactly data are moved between these tables.
