Delete All Transactions After A Date

Hi,

I have a scenario wherein I want to delete all transactions after 1st July, 2011 and retain all data before said date.

Will appreciate if anyone of you could let me know if there is any way of doing this from within Microsoft Dynamics AX or through running SQL queries directly on database.

There is no separate task to do that. You can delete all the transaction but not some transactions.

This is not allowed because of the dependency in the transactions and it will have impact on costing.
