How do I define a variable under Global C/AL Symbols?
If i’m understanding you right, you are looking at how to define a variable that appears in C/AL Symbols Menu. Pretty straight forward : From Navision Menu bar, 1.Select Tools–>Object Designer 2.Select Object in which you want to define the variable 4.Go to Design Mode and 3.Select View–>C/AL Globals and define your variable. After defining, when you select C/AL Symbols Menu, variable defined by you shall appear in the list.
