Has anyone had luck with faxing from DAX? If so, what did you do?

Good question. Personally haven’t worked on this yet . I suppose this can be done by using 3rd party add-on tool such as Docufure or writing a .NET component for sending fax which can then be called from within AX.
If you choose to program it by yourself, consider using the Fax Service SDK. You can even find an example in AX here.

We have come to the conclusion that is better if we program this ourselves. Outsource is too expensive. Your information is very helpful. I will let you know if this works for us.
