Date is not Updated in Create Demand Estimation Form in ax 2012

I am trying to generate a demand Estimation in Master Planning->Periodic-> Demand Forecasting

When i am open this Form I am Trying to Give the From Date It is Not Appear in the From.

give manually it is not Updated.

Any Idea?

In that Dialog Start date and End date are not saving.

Can you post a screen shot? Are there any customization’s here?
