How can I create a tab-delimited dataport?

I was trying to do the same thing recently, in V3.01, but for some reason it wasn’t recognising the tab at all. My solution was to replace the tabs in the import file with commas. It worked and also saved me from a few grey hairs. I would however be interested to know if anyone else has succeeded in doing it. Dan Kelly.
