database size is 90% (size 110GB,60 users online) what is the impact?
You should normally keep the % below 80%. You can read the programming manual to see the impact. If you don’t have it, we can copy this section in the forum for you.
Damned the mine is 95%. But it’s set to auto grow 10% I think they begin to work in my company[:D][:D]

There’s just one way: with the SQL version 
Note that with SQL the aut-grow doesn’t kick in until you the database is nearly full (>90%). The suggested method for dealing with this is to implement SQL maintenance scripts to run when the database is not busy.
