No it really does not xist, and would not be of any use if it did. What is it that you wanted? Or are you more curious, and want it as a learning tool?

Most of the tablerelations can be read in the file (system) table. Key information can be generated via RecRef’s but this is quite complicated. No tool, Sorry. [:(]
