Using Dynamics AX 2012 R3 and Retail POS.
When uploading data from a retail store to AX HQ, some of the fields don’t always upload properly. So far, I have only noticed this with option fields. For about 90% of the records, the field data transfers fine, but when an option field is non-zero, it has maybe a 10% chance of being set to 0 in the headquarters table. This is happening both with custom tables and stock tables.
For example, take the RetailTransactionTaxTrans table. If we create a few dozen orders with the IsIncludedInPrice field set to true (1), then run the P-0001 distribution schedule, the records are pulled into AX HQ and about 10% of them have IsIncludedInPrice set to 0 instead of 1.
Is this something wrong with our configuration or is this a bug with R3? We didn’t run into this issue with any of the R2 releases.
