Is there any commercial tools for Data-migration for Dynamics AX 2012?

There is a tool called “Data Migration Framework” Which u can download from parternersource.

Here is the path :

once you logged in Go to service and Download it.

If you mean in the context of a boxed physical item with a manual you will probably not find one.
