Data Director issue

hi,

were having an issue regarding the data director replication;

From HO to OUTLET, in the message status: ErrorNo: 4097 “Could not properly close connection to DD-NAME”. But the test connection from HO to OUTLET is successful.

OUTLET : firewall is disable

how to resolve this issue?
