Data Archiving in Navision

Hi,

I would like to ask if Nav has a function to archive those records for a certain period that the company wants to archive.

Hi, in Departments → Administration there’s a “Data deletion” menu, which includes various functionality to delete data related to archived documents or delete closed entries.

Hey Lee,

You can check in IT Administrations–> Data Deletion → Date Compression

This create compress entries for given period.
