Customizing MenuSuite 2013 - in particular the worksheet


I am putting together a MenuSuite in 2013 for a client. I am just customizing the Company MenuSuite for the moment. I wondering that sections I can put a worksheet into. Can they go in either List, Task or Document or is it more restricted than that for worksheets?

If you look at standard Planning worksheet then it is placed under tasks.
