Customised workflow-To freeze all fields, once submitted

Hi,

I have developed a workflow on smmOpportunityTable form. It works fine. I need to freeze all fields once the Submission is successful. Once the Assigned user opens the form, certain fields ONLY will be available for editing for him.

Finally, Once the workflow is completed, no fields are editable.
