Hi,

When preparing Sales Order, i want to show the Item Description & Quantity on the customer display monitor which is connected through usb port. The problem is as per our local nav partner, in order to customize this requirement, opos driver is need for the customer display monitor. I have not found any monitors with opos drivers. and standard pole display which is 2 lines is not sufficient for us as this fonts are very small. We want the line description & quantity in a very big font, hence i searched for a customer display monitor but could not find any model with opos drivers.

Has anyone customised this requirement or has any other better solution, please guide.

is it LS Retail ? are you talking about Item with description during selling thru POS ?

If yes,do mention version of NAV and LS Retail ?

I am refering to NAV Sales Order, Version 2009.
