On the customer card I’m trying to click the pushpin beside Country/Region and I’m getting this error:
“Default Language Code must not be blank”
I have something in the Country/Region Code field. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks for your help!
In the Online Map Setup, you need to put a “Default Language Code”, which is probably what is missing for you. This is needed if you set “Show Maps in Language” to “Default Language”
To go to the Online Map Setup trough the Navigation Pane: Administration > Application Setup > Online Map Setup.
Also it is a good idea to fill something in the “Language Code” field, not only the Country/Region Code field. This is needed to know which url (.de, .es., …) to use to open the map.
