Customer Allocations

Dear Team, We have a situation where a certain customer had certain invoices partially allocated but are appearing withn the full amount outstanding on the statement. However the age listing shows the correct balance. Other partial allocations have been done on the customer and have come out fine. Please advise. regards, Steve M

Hi You may check the ‘Application Method’ on the Customer Card. It seems you have selected the ‘Apply to Oldest’ - method. If you wish to close every single invoice please select ‘Manual’. bye André

Hi Steve To further investigate you can drill down on the customer balance field and find the payments, and then check the entries the payments were applied to. André’s explanation seems the obvious one from the situation you describe.
