CU9 update - List shows empty under updates

Hi,

At one server, I am trying to install the CU9.

I downloaded

the AXUpdateInstaller. When I run it connects to LCS site with my microsoft partner login. But the list returns empty.

But current installation is just basic Ax 2012 r3 is done.
