Is anyone using Crystal Enterprise with Navision to publish reports on a WEB site? I haven’t been able to configure the ODBC parameters or Crystal is not reading them. Running a report pops up the logon screen with a blank database field and an invalid server name field, both of which are greyed out. It doesn’t accept user name or password. The report runs fine under Crystal Reports.
I did use it on a SQL database with no problems. So I guess you are using a native Navision database ? Sure you configured Crystal Enterprise correctly (eg IIS installed and so on) ?
You are correct that I am using the native database. I can verify that IIS is working because the demo reports using Access run from the same WEB page.
