CRM Most common modifications

Hi All, At first sight the CRM granule looks nice, but I can imagine customers wanting some extra’s and here and there. All of you who have implementation experience for CRM, could you be so kind to post the most commonly asked modifications ? Thanks a lot.

At the helpdesk we have the following implemented: User come in by phone, line is also be heard by PC-Card Navision is runing on helpdesk Navision user push button the phone-number is read and if registrated in navision all data of user is shown In this case the commenting of user experience , license overview and so on is integrated. And in fact of online way to customer pc also the possibility of using PC-Anywhere is integrated.

I think that this is pretty much standard out of the box with telephony in 3.70
