We have been using Axapta for about eight months, and are about to implement the CRM module. Is there anyone currently using CRM who would be prepared to let our Marketing Director come and visit, if you are located within 2 hours of Liverpool UK, or to talk to her on the telephone for 20-30 minutes, to get a flavour of what CRM is and what it can do in practice?
