credit memo issue

Hi guys,

when i created a credit memo> functions> get return receipt line

i keep getting the error message: " ‘Get Return Receipt Lines’ cannot close because the system is currently working. "

follow by : “The program cannot find this purchase line”, anyone ever encounter this? what could be the possible caused?

thanks for replying, i am not sure if its applicable to ver4 SP1 though, however i do see similar line of code in the given hot fix.
[ InsertInvLineFromRetRcptLine function in the Return Receipt Line table (Table 6661) ]

Before

   SalesLine."Return Receipt No." := "Document No.";
          SalesLine."Return Receipt Line No." := "Line No.";
          IF NOT ExtTextLine THEN BEGIN
            SalesLine.VALIDATE(Quantity,Quantity - "Quantity Invoiced");

          SalesLine."Return Receipt Line No." := "Line No.";

i tried to add in the piece of code in table 6661-Return Receipt Line, still error exists. [8-)]

Hey Nike,

Nav is trying to find the data and you are pressing esc in the middle, hence this error(1st Error you posted).

Is there any customization involved ?

i selected the lines to be inserted and press ok that generated the error message.

there isn’t customization though
