Creating Quarantine Order directly from Customer Return Order

I would like to put items received on a Customer Return Order directly into Quarantine. I have been able to do this by selecting Quarantine Management when creating the Item Arrival Journal lines. However, I am not able to use the Scrap function in the Quarantine order (it is greyed out) when I do this. Is there a way to open that function back up?

Secondly, ideally I would like to post the product receipt before the Quarantine order is ended, but it seems this is not allowed. Is that correct? What is a good way to view Returns that have a posted Arrival Journal, but still need the product receipt posted and credit issued?
