Created a new user for a Business Central Container but does not logon

Hi All,

I created a new user for a container using Powershell IE, and it has SUPER permission set - everything matches my admin user profile, but when I try and logon with this new user it does not connect to BC and eventually will timeout.

Can you please let me know how I can resolve this issue.
