Can anybody help me, how to create wizard for service object creation. When user create system will be auto create service object with description is the combination of the Item Number and the Updated Serial Number.
Format: “Item Number” _ “Updated Serial Number”

What do you mean by Service Object and What did you try?
Service object in service module…user wil be creating with 2 method; whether creating manually in service object form or will be auto generate using wizard in service object generation (create service object & agreement)…
I did not do any setting on this wizard service object creation…
I get complaint from user that the format setting on this wizard sunddenly change from Format: “Item Number” _ “Updated Serial Number” to Format: “Item Number” -“Updated Serial Number”…using hyphen instead of underscore…
So i want to know where the check point or setting on this wizard done in service objcet creation…
May I know the form ID?
Is it a standard object or customized?
Check No Series for the same…
Is it customized…
