create Permission report in Ax 09.

Dear ALL,

Need Your Help to create one Permission report in Ax 09.

Here the requirement is to create report on selection of Users/Group name.

need to shows the following field (shows in Image).

here i use the AccessRightList Table, but unable to find all the column data like

Module name, Program Name, Sub Module, Program Type.

we can shows the modules name based on ID column in table, but for rest i need the help. where to fetch the Program Name and sub module list which is shows in Permission form,

or there is some other table which contains the details of permission.
