Create Outlook "Task Request" using "NS Outlook Synchronization Handler"

I’d like to build a solution, using the features of outlook synchronisation. The solution should create a task request in Microsoft Outlook when a Navision Service Order is assigned to a resource.

My questions about the mentioned idea:

  1. Does the OLHandler supports creation of task requests?
  2. If not, are there other possibilities to create a task request from within Navison?
  3. Where can I find a documentation about the OLHandler?
