create a batch job to import data from webpage to Ax

Hi All,

I am working on ax 4.0 and I have a query - I want to create a batch job, to copy data from web page and paste in to excel and this excel data to be imported to ax. I know how to import data from excel to Ax but I am not able to find way, how to copy data from web page and paste it on excel. It ll be great thankful, if any one help me on this.

“Web page” isn’t a very specific definition. You’ll surely use a different approach for reading data from a static page and from ATOM, for instance. You’ll have to give us more information about your particular case.

It’s also not clear to me why you want to put Excel to the solution. It would just make it more difficult for you.

Thanks for the reply, I want to import exchange rates daily from web page to Ax. so I need to create a batch job for this. we need to copy data from excel and then import excel data to Ax.

can you tell me what are the ways to copy data from web page to excel.

I can’t tell you anything more without more information from you. You merely repeated what you said before, therefore my answer would be the same too.
