this is the scenario of issue:
The RAF has been validated and posted but we noticed that Batch order #00549 supposedly for item 10-21-08-022 (SL Elbow 57x45) indicated a different item number that appeared in RAF journal (below screenshot) is 10-21-08-021 which is SL Elbow 57x 90. How could have this happened and how do we correct the error?
We tried to create new RAF to encode a negative entry with the batch order #00549 but the correct item number (10-21-08-022) now appears.
