copy of NAV SQL databse

Hi All,

If i have to send a copy of my NAV 5.0 SP1 SQL database (as opposed to sending a backup) for the recipient to directly open up it with their NAV 5.01 SQL , Is that the ‘SQL server database Primary Data File’ that i have to send them. Could he open up without the Log file?

You need the mdf (PRIMARY) and ndf (Data Filegroup 1) files; the Transaction Log ldf is net necessary (it will beautomatically created when attaching the database).
