I make release to production order then make consumption journal to it but i don’t make output journal to it are this enough
to convert production order from release to finish.
Are you going to report output at all later? An RPO cannot be altered once it’s been posted as finished ( status = Finished) and this means in terms of costing as well.

You have to report output to allocate costs - why do you create a production order to utilise stock but produce nothing?
