I want to Find a Way to Change(Send) Purchase Order To Sales Order Automatically.

Is there a solution to Conversion Purchase Order To Sales Order

Are you talking about separate intercompany transactions? If you are purchasing the other company is selling, only works in a multi-company environment, otherwise you have to let the vendor put the data on their own system :slight_smile:

i want to change purchase order to sales order in ax 2009

external customer register Request in purchase order and then we convert purchase order to Sales order

According to Sales process in Sure Step We have a Request From Customer And Then Request Convert to Quotation And finally Sales Order

but In Dynamics Ax , In what form outside the client’s request to enter by Customer

Why would a customer register a request as a purchase order? If they give you a purchase order reference it is still a sales order - the purchase order is for YOUR company to buy, registering customers requests is sales.

SureStep is referencing the sales quotation - that is the request, once accepted you convert the quotation to a sales order.

So the sales quotation is the form you want.

Please dont think SureStep has all the processes the business requires - you need to look at the processes the business follows!

Which form In Dynamics ax should be allocated to the Customer?

I think there should be a Portal or Form (in ax or Separate software) for customers.

Customer send request in it , and Sales Office Change it To Sales Quotation and resend to customer , and after approve by customer sales order details.

Maybe we should have a Customer Request Site !

Customers can have mechanisms for this, basically it is EDI, but everyone is different and you get no real ability to do this in AX. The customer portal, I believe, is for viewing. As with all things AX is you want it and it does not exist - develop it.

Sales Quotation is you giving the customer a price they accept - if they “request” something I would say it is an order.
