Hi We have several customers with heavily modified native databases (v360)who may need to move to the SQL platform. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has undertaken a similar project and who can share their experiences. I am particularly interested in getting a very rough estimate of the time required to convert objects so that they work efficiently in SQL. I am aware that objects should compile and run without change in SQL and native but very approximately how long is required to optimise code for SQL? Any help would be greatly appreciated. you can’t just get an answer to this, there just isn’t nor can there exist a norm. you are going to need to do it with the mods you have made.
