well I want to:
1- Creat new question under a new Profile questionnaire code.
2- I want to be able when creating a new contact (customer or company) to be able to choose a new Questionar list which I have customized my self…

Yes I did & I already created a new profile called Stell. but the problem now is that I cant see in the (profile questionnaire code list) whille creating a new customer card
May I know the steps you are following while creating customer card…and lookup…
well, I can edit the old profile , and after I edit them i can see my updates
but when I create a new profile I cannot see it. nut lets say i will stick with editing old profiles.
Did you set Business Relation Code to CUST?
This was the problem !!

Now after I cratated the questions I want , can you tell me how to create reports step by step ?
(I want the report to include the question I have just created for example)
Go to
Sales & Marketing–>Sales–>reports–>Contacts
Run Questionnaire - Handouts or Questionnaire - Test report.

I have chosen (questioner test) and it displayed all questions for me. problem is can I ask for a report which will show me for example :
how much people answered question (1) with yes?
I guess there is no standard report for this.
You have to develop new report…
and how can I do so?
