Contact Address is not reflecting in the Sales Order Header

Hi,

We’re using Nav 2013 .

we’re using contacts per customer in Sales Order. previously, the contact address reflects in the Sales header as I select the Contact No. but right now the address is not displaying.

Is there any settings related to the contract address that need to be displayed in the Sales header?

Hi Lee,

Not sure what you mean with “previously” - if you’re referring to that this functionality was in a previous version of NAV, then I can only say that it must have been a customization.

Because the standard NAV 2013 is not fetching the address from the contact table, only from the customer table.
