Consolidated Picking For Transfer Order

My objective is to consolidate two items pencil and book in one shipment - I already checked marked in Item model group for consolidated picking also selected Yes in warehouse item for consolidated pick for both items pencil and book.

I am using transfer journal in periodic.

I created transfer order from warehouse 10 to warehouse 20

I created two items in lines for the same journal.

I created picking for this transfer journal but now problem is the options are disabled for picking list registration.

Kindly guide if i am missing some setups for consolidated picking for this transfer order or guide the steps for consolidted picking.

Hi Ali,

The steps you have done is correct. The next step is to create the shipment in order to consolidate the picking.

Follow the below steps, it may help you.

  1. Go to Inventory management-> Shipment and create new shipment

  2. Make sure you have shipment template configured before

  3. Select the Inventory Order for your Transfer Order and finish the shipment process

  4. Select the shipment created, Activate it from the Functions menu

  5. Go to Periodic Transfer Order, you should be able to do the Pick list Registration.
