Connection Cannot Find

Everyone in our office can connect to Navision through Citrix. Our office in France can connect to Citrix. When they click on the Navision icon the message pops up:

The operating system cannot find the drive and directory specified for the file:


Please Check Drive

Everything was working fine until today. Please let me know how to troubleshoot this problem. Thanks

That sounds like an setup problem with Citrix. Did anyone changed something recently on the Citrix configuration?
