I’m looking for a baseline fourmula to calculate the commit cache settings I have heard 20mb for the database and 2mb per user as a baseline Is this accurate? I have a PX2300 with 2gb of ram running Exchange Server as well the NAV Database and 3 light users, 2 heavy (jet report designers) I have it set at 250000K right now and i would like to fine tune it a bit without losing performance TIA- Brock-
You could probably do with 50MB cache for these few users
