Commerce Portal - 2.65 C/Side to 2.65 SQL

We are changing Navision 2.65 C/side to 2.65 SQL. We are also using Commerce Portal 2.6. Are ther any issues in changing Commerce portal over to the SQL db? Thanks Allan
