Comment Table

What is “Code” used for in Comment table? I would like to be able to use this as a filter option. When the Sales group puts in notes I could have a code for “Sales” When the accounting group puts in notes I could have a code for “Acct”. Is this a feasable way to use this field?

Which comment table? There are a lot of them.

Sorry, meant “Comment Line” table.

It’s used to link some tables like Jobs and I think Resources. You’d be better off creating a new field.
