Hi, We want to change the color of Comment Icon if we have comment lines. I looked at the prosperities of that picture box which is using the 6,7 bitmaps form bitmaplist. Is there a way that I can change the color of bitmap 6? Or can I replace bitmap 6 with a different one? I read some thing about download bitmaps from download site. Where do I go to download these additional bitmaps? thanks Trin
I can’t recommend changing the colour, but if its what you want to do, then just capture the icon (use Snagit for example), create a bmp, edit in paint, and then reference the bit map instead of the internal icon.
Depending on the version of navision there are other bitmaps available. Some of them are hidden inside the program There is a download about this at www.mibuso.com

Hi, I changed the color of that bitmap and how can I reference the changed bit map instead of the internal icon? The picture box has two bitmaps listed. They switch back and forth depend on whether comments are existed or not. I am using 4.0. I downoaded the zip file. How can I view it and use it? Thank you so much for your help! Trin
Change the bit map reference the full name of the bit map file.
We changed the Comment pic. The difference between the pen & the pen w/line was just not noticable enough. I created a new BMP and changed pics 7,6 to 7,n:\navision attain\database server\notes.bmp so you can use both internal & external pics if you want. I placed it in our database server directory 'cause it’s not going to be touched or moved. notes.bmp looks like : 
The yellow help it stand out - you just need to stretch the Box to a rectangle [8D]
Hi, I changed the path but I received the mssage saying that “This is an invalid divice-indepent bitmap file.” I tried another bitmap file which I was able to put on report and still get the same error. The bitmap help file is for 2.6 or prior versions. Where can I find the current bitmap help file? I searched on mibuso.com\download but could not find it. Thanks,
Is your BMP small enuf - you can Right click on the “Notes” one above & save it to your drive - to see if you can get that BMP to work. It wors on mine. or here http://www.geocities.com/navision_attain/notes.bmp give it a try.
Hi, I downloaded your bmp and it worked!! Great. I grabed the orignal Note picture using screen hunter, and changed the backgroud color using Photoshop. For some reason it does not work. I need to work on my bmp and make it work. Thank you all so much for the help! Trin
What always seems to work is: 1) create your pic (In Anything). 2) Press Print Screen 3) open “Paint” 4) click paste 5) crop - resize - Save as BMP - viola!
