Combine multiple sales order in one shipment

HI guys

Is it possible to combine multiple sales orders (from different customers) withou having to use the warehouse module?

The customer is using regular sales orders and shipments, but some orders have to be combined into one shipment. I am not sure that the customer is ready to use the warehouse module.

They are using 4.0 SP3.

I think regardless the version, without the Warehouse Module, the answer is “NO”.
