Citrix and Navision

Is this my bad memory or Did I see a demonstration of Navision and citrix where it used MS Internet Explorer as the client and neither a Citrix client nor a Navision client were on the box. If I am not misremembering this does anyone have some details of how it was done. Thanks Steve

That could be through Citrix NFUSE Regards

If you do not want to spend a lot on Citrix, you have other options: 1. Desktop 2001 by www.tricerat.com - Web based terminal server client, with per-server licensure. Goes on top of W2K server. Creates a W2K style desktop inside the browser. 2. Tarantella - *NIX based terminal server, draws from W2K terminal services, and allows farming. Client also runs inside the web browser.

Terminal Services on Win2K & .Net Server have an ActiveX Client that runs in Internet Explorer, so there’s no need to purchase Citrix or other 3rd party clients

Citrix has an add-on called N-Fuse that allows connecting via a browser. Please note that Citrix is sitting on top of TS, so if you get in via a browser from a client OS that is not either XP Prof, or 2000 Prof, the TS will register it as a concurrent user, because only these 2 client OS come with a TS license.
