cheque print report

Hi All,

I have an issue regarding cheque print report. I have created new design in an existing cheque report according to our requirement .I have Created new Menu item output type and linked to it to new design. Cheque is showing good when I take print on screen. But when I Want to take print direct to printer the I am facing one error that

“Settings to access printer ‘PrinterName’ are not valid.”

So, what would we the reason for this please suggest. I am ax 2012 R2 version. Report is in SSRS

Hi,

I am also not able to save the report in PDFs file directly .

First I need to take the report on screen then save it in PDF format.

Pls suggest I am eagerly waiting for reply.

HI ,

Have you added your new report in Print Management?

Please check the Print Management, its available in Particular module(Related to Your Report) → Setup → Print Management.
