Hi All,

As per standard in Ax 2009, for any chart of Account (COA) form , it will show transaction balance under balance.

Here we have done yesr end closing till 31st March 2012.

Now I want to know that in chart of account , can we bring closing balance if we provide the fromdate and todate range, as per Traila balance report. If possible please let me know how ???

If I m giving only fiscal year, then all balance sheet ledger balance(closing balance) is showing correct.

If i m giving fromdate and todate, then all P&L account ledger balance(closing balance ) is showing correct.

This all happened after year end closing .

In this case you can only provide Start date as 1st date of Fiscal year. Any other date will exclude transactions for P&L accounts.
